Before the Session
Make sure to activate the device, prior to the first use, by taking its ownership. For more information, please read the section How To Activate Your INTENSE.
- First, turn on the sensor by pressing the power button once. The
LED light will turn on green - Wait until both LED lights, and
, are blinking green alternately - Your INTENSE sensor is ready to be used
Low battery alert when powering on
When you power on the device, if the battery charge level is below 20%, both LED lights will turn on gradually red during 3 seconds.

Note: The data collected by INTENSE sensor are sent directly from the athlete to the cloud via 4G making real time data collection seamless.
After the Session
- To turn off the sensor press the power button three consecutive times
- Both LED lights, and , will turn red
- After a few second, both LED lights will turn off
Note: As data collected by INTENSE sensor are sent directly from the athlete to the cloud via 4G, there is no need to do a post-session synchronisation, no manual uploading of data.
