Download data from the sensors To download the data from the device, you can do it sensor by sensor or with the Hub or with a docking. Important note : To know how to download data directly from your devices to your favorite Data Scientists management platform, please contact directly the support of your Data Scientists management platform. Below we will explain how to download the data sensor by sensor. To know how to download data with a docking station, please read section How to Sync and charge with docking station. Sensor configuration To configure your device, you need to follow the below steps: Plug your device to your computer using the USB cable provided with the device. Once your device is recognised by your computer, the below message will appear at the bottom right of your screen.By clicking on the message, Insiders website will be opened in your default browser. Open the Raw page. Then, click on “Connect” (1) Under your browser’s address field, a list will be displayed. Find the device and select it (2), then click on “Connect” (3). Sensor’s details (4) and configuration (5) will be loaded automatically. You will then be allowed to change its configuration. Activate (checked)

Update with the Updater tool Warning: prior to update a device, ensure you have retrieve all data. The update process erases all data present in the device. If you do not have a docking station or if you would like to update a single sensor at the time, the update can be launched manually using the Updater tool. Note: Currently, the Updater works only on Windows computers. Data Synchronization Note : Once the synchronization is done, data are automatically deleted from the sensors. So be sure you have saved the data on the provide USB Key as mentioned below. Connect all your sensors to the docking station before powering it up. Power up the docking station. Wait until the docking boots up (take around 30 seconds) The docking will automatically start the synchronization of the sensors. Once synchronized, the sensor’s icons become green.
