Automatic update over the air INTENSE sensors are automatically updated over the air (OTA) by Insiders. Therefore, you do not need to do anything, just use the sensors as usual. While using INTENSE sensors for a sport session, the OTA update process will start automatically if needed. Then, the sensors will have the latest version for the next time. How to charge the INTENSE

Charging the INTENSE INTENSE has an autonomy ranging from 5 to 10 hours depending on the configuration.A full battery recharge can take up to 1,5 hour.  When your device will need to be charged, the LED light will start blinking red. Note: we recommend to charge the device some hours before using it. Do not leave it charging all the time.If the device was not used for some months, a full charge could take longueur than usual.
