Update with the Updater tool Advanced Mode<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

If you do not have a docking station or if you would like to update a single sensor at the time, the update can be launched manually using the Updater<\/a> tool.<\/p>

  1. First download the\u00a0Updater<\/a>\u00a0tool<\/li>
  2. Extract all the content of the \u201cupdater.zip\u201d file you downloaded previously
    Note: To extract the content of a ZIP file, you can download 7-Zip. It is a free software with open source<\/em><\/li>
  3. Once all the content is extracted from the ZIP file, open the folder \u201cupdater\u201d
    Warning: It is not possible to run the updater from the ZIP file. You must extract all the content of the ZIP file first. Otherwise, the updater will not work<\/em><\/li>
  4. Then double click on \u201cUpdater.bat” to run the Updater tool<\/li>
  5. Windows Security might display the following messages<\/li>
  6. Click on \u201cMore info\u201d
    \"\"<\/li>
  7. Then click on \u201cRun anyway\u201d
    \"\"<\/li>
  8. Windows might ask you if you want to allow this application, please click \u201cYes\u201d
    \"\"<\/li>
  9. Now the Updater tool is launched
    \"\"<\/li>
  10. Download the “app.zip” from the link provided by our support team<\/li>
  11. On the menu bar, click on “Settings<\/strong>“, and then select “Advanced mode<\/strong>“
    Note: If the “Advanced mode” is not available, click on “File<\/strong>” and then select “Open<\/strong>“

  12. On this new window, select the “app.zip” file you uploaded previously and press “Open”
    \"\"<\/li>
  13. Now you can see that you are in the Advanced mode at the file you selected
    \"\"<\/li>
  14. Connect the sensor to your computer with the USB cable<\/li>
  15. A pop-up at the bottom right of your screen will show the sensor is connected
    \"\"<\/li>
  16. On the Updater tool, the green dot confirms that the sensor is connected.<\/li>
  17. You can now press the \u201cUpdate Sensor\u201d button
    \"\"<\/li>
  18. While updating, a progress circle will be displayed
    \"\"<\/li>
  19. Warning: do not unplug the sensor while the update is in progress, otherwise an error message will be displayed. In that case, you have to restart the update procedure

  20. When the update is completed, a pop-up confirmation will be displayed
    \"\"<\/li>
