Note: this procedure works with version 3.9 and higher. If it is not the case yet, please update it with this procedure: docking update<\/a>. This will erase the docking\u2019s content so be sure to contact support before performing the procedure.<\/strong><\/p>

  1. Power down the docking station.<\/li>
  2. Make sure there is no sensor connected.<\/li>
  3. Download the .txt file with this link: click here for download<\/a>.<\/b> Then place it in the USB key.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\"\"\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    4. Connect the provided* USB key on the docking before powering it up.
    *not using the provided USB key might make the update fail.
    <\/strong>
    5. Power up the docking station.<\/p>

    6. Wait until the docking boots up (take around 30 seconds)<\/p>

    7. The docking will automatically start to generate a backup of the docking.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    8. The following screen will appear to confirm all datas have been saved on the provided USB key.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    9. Turn off the docking station<\/p>

    10. To upload the missing session(s), you have two options<\/p>

    The\u00a0<\/span>Safe Process by Insiders Support<\/b> or the <\/span>Quick Self Process<\/b><\/p>

    A. Safe Process<\/b> is done by Insiders Support Team members<\/p>

    A1. Send the file to\u00a0support@insiders.live<\/span><\/a>, and add the date and time of the missing session(s)<\/p>

    A2. We will check the data to find the missing session(s), then the data will be uploaded
    \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0We will contact you as soon as the missing session(s) is(are) uploaded<\/span><\/p>

    B. Quick Self Process<\/b>\u00a0is done by yourself<\/p>

    B1. Extract the content of the ZIP file. This will create a\u00a0new folder containing DKG files
    Your missing session is in one of these DKG files<\/span><\/p>

    B2. Open your favorite Data Scientists management platform and log in<\/p>

    B3. Follow your Data Scientists platform instructions to upload the docking DKG file(s)<\/p>
