The update process erases all data present in the device.<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4b0802a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4b0802a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol>\n \t<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n \t<li>Download the <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\u201capp.zip\u201d<\/span> from this link: <a href=\"https:\/\/firmware.asi.swiss\/files\/Fieldwiz\/v2\/firmware\/app.zip\">sensors firmware<\/a>.<\/li>\n \t<li>Copy it on the provided USB key without unzipping the file.\u00a0<strong>Make sure<\/strong>\u00a0the file is named \u201c<strong>app.zip<\/strong>\u201c!!!\n<br><strong>\/!\\<\/strong> Remove brackets and numbers if present.\n<br><strong>\/!\\<\/strong> If the file extension &#8220;.zip&#8221; is missing, there is two options :\n<ul>\n \t<li>You are using a <strong>Windows PC<\/strong>: it is likely that in your personal settings the extension of known file types are hidden. This doesn&#8217;t affect the devices update process. You can continue the update process.<\/li>\n \t<li>You are using a <strong>MAC<\/strong>: ZIP files are automatically &#8220;unzipped&#8221; by MACs. You will need to compress the &#8220;app&#8221; folder to recreate the &#8220;app.zip&#8221; file. To do so, click on the &#8220;app&#8221; folder while holding down the Control key, then choose Compress from the context menu. Then continue the update procedure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>Make sure all sensors are connected to the docking before powering it up.<\/li>\n \t<li>Connect the provided USB key on the docking.<\/li>\n \t<li>Power up the docking<\/li>\n \t<li>Wait until the docking boots up.<\/li>\n \t<li>The docking will detect the file and proceed to the sensor\u2019s update.<\/li>\n \t<li>The sensor\u2019s LED will turn green for a moment and the sensor\u2019s icon on the docking screen will fill up in pink.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n \t<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n \t<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-47355a3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"47355a3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"480\" height=\"272\" src=\"https:\/\/help.insiders.live\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/update-pod.png\" class=\"attachment-large size-large wp-image-576\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.insiders.live\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/update-pod.png 480w, https:\/\/help.insiders.live\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/update-pod-300x170.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 480px) 100vw, 480px\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3a0a1d0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3a0a1d0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 9. Once the update is done, the sensor and its icon will go back to the charging mode.<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 10. Power down the docking.<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a011.
