Update with the Updater tool<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Warning: prior to update a device, ensure you have retrieve all data<\/a>. The update process erases all data present in the device.<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

If you do not have a docking station or if you would like to update a single sensor at the time, the update can be launched manually using the Updater<\/a> tool. Note: Currently, the Updater works only on Windows computers<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>

  1. First download the\u00a0Updater<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0tool<\/li>
  2. Extract all the content<\/strong> of the \u201cupdaterXYZ.zip<\/strong>\u201d file you downloaded previously
    Note: To extract the content of a ZIP file, you can download 7-Zip. It is a free software with open source<\/em><\/li>
  3. Once all the content is extracted from the ZIP file, open the folder \u201cupdater\u201d<\/strong>
    Warning: It is not possible to run the updater from the ZIP file. You must extract all the content of the ZIP file first. Otherwise, the updater will not work<\/em><\/li>
  4. Then double click on \u201cUpdater.bat”<\/strong> to run the Updater tool<\/li>
  5. Windows Security might display the following messages<\/li>
  6. Click on \u201cMore info\u201d
    \"\"<\/li>
  7. Then click on \u201cRun anyway\u201d
    \"\"<\/li>
  8. Windows might ask you if you want to allow this application, please click \u201cYes\u201d
    \"\"<\/li>
  9. Now the Updater tool is launched
    \"\"<\/li>
  10. Connect the sensor to your computer with the USB cable<\/li>
  11. A pop-up at the bottom right of your screen will show the sensor is connected
    \"\"<\/li>
  12. On the Updater tool, the green dot confirms that the sensor is connected.<\/li>
  13. Press the \u201cUpdate Sensor\u201d button
    \"\"<\/li>
  14. While updating, a progress circle will be displayed\"\"<\/b><\/li>
  15. Warning: do not unplug the sensor while the update is in progress, otherwise an error message will be displayed. In that case, you have to restart the update procedure
    <\/em>\"\"<\/li>
  16. When the update is completed, a pop-up confirmation will be displayed
    \"\"<\/li>
  17. Once the sensor is updated, you can close the Updater tool, unplug the sensor and start using it<\/li><\/ol>

    \/!\\<\/span> In case of error, please close the updater tool and relaunch it.
